The bottle or distant sea
A soul held in mourning for all he could have been
The dreams that were plenty
Subside to the cold unbound
Recall every moment, how close it was at hand

Curse birth, hybrid sight
How the waves protected his flight
There we stood upon his head
Drenched in fear, full of dread
Roaring eyes at the swell
Every man fought like hell

As we cried “Hunt !” “Leviathan”

The bodies lay wasted adrift on a blood foam bed
The hopes of a nation are buried with the dead
Old revenge with me now
Spear in hand at the bow

If the storm portents are clear
Two contest to domineer
Final blows ring out again
As the creature meets it’s end
